Calling all moms with littles ages 4 months to 4 years. Join us at Casa de Corazon for an evening about YOU! 


This event is for you if…

  • You’re struggling to find balance in your life as a mom
  • You WANT to prioritize your own health and wellbeing but you feel stuck and have no idea where to start! 
  • You’re feeling like you don’t have enough time for everything, and want to figure out what to prioritize.
  • You don’t recognize the person in the mirror anymore
  • The idea of a happy and energized version of you feels like a fetched dream.


Kaitlin Rohowetz, Certified Health and Life Coach and founder of A Better Body and Empowered Mama Program talks about her own postpartum journey, common challenges new moms face, and how to overcome them without the guilt, stress or overwhelm. Featuring top tips in the areas of sleep, movement, nutrition, stress reduction and connection. 5-5:30pm: Q&A and optional tour of Casa de Corazon to see their facilities and learn more about their Spanish immersion childcare.

  • Prioritize yourself and your body without the guilt.
  • Find ways to fuel your body with nutritious foods in an easy way that works for you life.
  • Rediscover feeling incredible and confident in your body again.
  • Ditch stress and overwhelm and experience fun and joy.
  • Feel connected with yourself and others again.
  • Surprise yourself by what you’re capable of and how easy it can be




Elements:


  • Session to get clarity on what you really want for your health
  • Customize improvements for you in 5 major areas of your life:
  1. Sleep
  2. Movement
  3. Nutrition
  4. Self-care/stress reduction
  5. Connection & Community







  • Go at your own pace learning style
  • 8 pillars each containing 20-30 minutes of content each, broken up into 1-5 minute sections. 
  • Listen or watch the content when it’s convenient for you.
  • There are takeaways for you to write things down and revisit the content later.
